The office sector is an area in which we are heavily involved, generally throughout York and North Yorkshire. We deal with a very wide range of types of offices - for example, those situated in the City Centre or market towns throughout the county, as well as on the many business parks and out of town sites. These can be either existing office stock of a traditional design and arrangement, or modern purpose-built blocks, with shared access and service arrangements with other occupiers.

The space which is available varies considerably, from small offices suitable for one or two people, by way of a fully serviced letting, up to large open plan modern units.

Surplus office accommodation belonging to exisitng businesses is also an area where we are able to help. Here, we can advise upon the type of transaction which might be most appropriate in order to achieve rental income, and flexibility for the future.

Our involvement embraces not only freehold or long leasehold office buildings, but also lettings by way of a variety of lease arrangements.
