We presently act for a variety of private Landlords and individuals as well as clients such as York Conservation Trust. The types of property we are therefore involved with varies quite significantly, from new build city centre flats and apartments to semi-detached family homes, terraced housing, period properties and everything in between.
From individual 'one off' lettings to full and comprehensive management of larger portfolios we are able offer a professional and flexible service, tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements.
Our management services include collection of rents, submission of deposits to the Deposit Protection Service, management of repair and maintenance issues and all associated tenancy matters.

ALL applicants over the age of 18 years will be required to be named on the tenancy agreement.
In order to comply with the Immigration Act 2014, ALL applicants over the age of 18 years are required to provide evidence of their "Right to Rent". Every applicant must provide us, in person at our office, with evidence of their right to rent property in England. This will ususally be dealt with by providing us with the applicant's original Passport, National Identity Card or Biometric Residency Permit.
