About Barry Crux & Co Ltd
Barry Crux & Company was established in July 1989 by Barry Crux to provide a professional service in the commercial property sector in York and North Yorkshire. This embraced both agency and professional services to the business community in general. Over the years we have grown and expanded our range of activities. We now deal with a whole host of different types of both commercial and residential property throughout York and North Yorkshire, and indeed further afield with our various specialisations.
We are actively involved in the various sectors of the commercial property market, including retail shops, restaurants, offices, industrial premises, licensed property, hotels, as well as a whole raft of other types of premises. The sale of businesses is an area in which we are also actively involved, regularly dealing with sales of going concerns. These range from small businesses which are run by a single proprietor through to much large ones where large numbers of staff may be engaged.
We cover the whole of York and North Yorkshire with our activities in the market, and go yet further afield with our speciality and expertise in the licensed and hotel/hospitality sector.
Our residential property activities are more localised to York, where we manage a number of properties on behalf of both corporate and private landlords.
Our offices are situated in the centre of York, and provide us with an excellent base to offer a first class service to our clients.
