Our founder, Barry Crux, a Chartered Surveyor and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, has been involved in the commercial property market for 40 years.

Established in 1989, we continue to specialise as leisure property agents in licensed property, hotels, caravan sites, holiday accommodation and business sales, covering Hull, York, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and beyond.
