Residential Letting & Management Fees

Fees Applicable to Tenants
Application Fee (for referencing tenant applicants) £150 per applicant
Application Fee (for referencing guarantors) £150 per guarantor
Tenancy Transfer Fee (for the preparation and drafting
of all documents associated with a change in tenant) £240
Fees Applicable to Landlords
Letting Fee (includes preparation of all documentation, £540
schedule of contents and condition, lodging of tenancy
deposit and collection of first rent payment)
Management Fee (includes collection of rent and dealing 12% of the monthly rent
with property maintenance issues during the term of the
tenancy)
Rent Review (implementing a period review of the rent) £180
All fees quoted above are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
