Vintage Clothing Shop Relocates to Castlegate
Barry Crux & Company has let 28 Castlegate to Nicholas Barker, the owner of an established local vintage clothing and gift business.
Having started selling vintage clothing on Ebay whilst at University, Mr Barker opened Dog & Bone Vintage on Gillygate in 2012. After several happy and prosperous years at 36 Gillygate, Mr Barker realised that the business had simply outgrown the shop.
28 Castlegate, formerly a hair and beauty salon, provides larger accommodation with over 1,600 sq ft of retail space at ground and basement levels. The unit is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and we look forward to the opening of Dog & Bone Vintage soon.
The retail unit was let off an asking rent of £32,000 per annum.
