Sale of Pub in popular East Yorkshire Village
Barry Crux & Company is pleased to announce completion of the sale of The New Inn Public House in the popular East Yorkshire Village of Tickton.
The pub has a well established level of trade from the local community – it operates well as a meeting point and also is a popular drive to destination for their pub food offering.
The premises comprises of a lounge bar with central bar servery, a restaurant which can seat 22 covers. There is also three bedroomed private accommodation with a large car park and beer garden.
The business has been operated in recent years by Hazel Boynton and Beverley Payne who have now decided to take a different path and move to France.
